Bookings and rates

Rates, availability and reservation terms are shown in the booking engine at the moment of booking, and the terms displayed there apply to your reservation. We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general guidance and may change without notice.

Commercial warranty

In addition to the legal guarantees above, we aim to respond promptly to any issues with in-room equipment or facilities during your stay, and will offer alternative arrangements if a repair can't reasonably be completed in time. If you have any questions or concerns after your stay, our team is happy to help.

Booking procedures

To finalise a booking: select dates and room type, enter guest information, review booking details, complete payment, and receive a confirmation email. Bookings are formalised in the language you use to make them. Booking confirmations are filed in our booking system and can be accessed from there. If you need to correct any booking information, contact us directly.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Refund policy depends on the type of booking: individual room bookings are fully refundable if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in, and non-refundable within 30 days. Group and private-event bookings are fully refundable if cancelled at least 60 days before check-in, and non-refundable within 60 days; a €1,000 security deposit is also pre-authorised on the card at check-in for group bookings and released after check-out. All prices are shown in Euro and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Complaints

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a full response within 10 business days. For urgent matters during your stay, please contact us directly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the consumer mediation service noted below.

Legal guarantees

In accordance with consumer protection law, we guarantee that our accommodation services will conform to the description provided at the time of booking. Should any service fail to meet this standard, guests are entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as appropriate.

Contract duration

For individual bookings, the contract runs for the dates of your confirmed reservation. Group or corporate bookings may have their own agreed terms. A booking may be ended in line with our cancellation policy, in cases of force majeure, breach of house rules, or non-payment.

In the event of a dispute that can't be resolved directly, EU consumers may access the Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. Language of this website

This website is provided in English, French and Dutch. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the English version shall prevail, except where mandatory French consumer protection law — including Law No. 94-665 of 4 August 1994 (the "Loi Toubon") — requires the French version to govern for consumers habitually resident in France. This clause is without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of French law, in particular relating to consumer protection.
