Reflect, Recharge, Reboot

Our Reboot Retreat

A gentle invitation to pause, breathe, and begin again.

Our retreats are designed for the wellness-curious — if your idea of a retreat is more "ahhh" than "argh," you're in the right place.

Step into the studio with David: awaken your energy in Hot Yoga, or settle into the slower rhythms of Hatha and Yin — quieter, grounding, and just as nourishing.

We also love to share practices that bring calm and clarity — Vipassana meditation, sound healing with Wayne, and deep restoration with Tom's traditional Thai massage.

Gentle Reboot Retreat

A relaxing retreat for everyone.
Friday 15 to Monday 18 May 2026

Step away from the noise and into something quieter. This gentle retreat is designed for the Wellness Curious — if your idea of a retreat is more “ahhh” than “argh,” you’re in the right place. We’ve created a space for people who want to unwind, reconnect, and leave feeling refreshed — not exhausted. Perfect for anyone juggling work, family, or simply the demands of everyday life.

Reflect, recharge, and set new intentions — all at your own pace.

Our retreat gives you the space to step out of the rush and reconnect with yourself, gently. We’ll work together to set goals and build a simple, achievable personal plan for your stay. We’ll review it together during your included follow up coaching session.

Expect a clearer mind, a softer nervous system, and a renewed sense of direction. You’ll have time to rest, reflect, and explore wellbeing practices without pressure — and you’ll leave with simple tools you can carry back into daily life.

Our retreat is guided in English, with French offered whenever it helps you feel more at ease.

Whether you’re stretching, breathing, walking, or simply resting — this is your time to gently reboot.

Massage

Tom, our massage therapist, offers traditional Thai massage in our studio.

His journey began with studies and work as an engineer, yet he felt something essential was missing, a deeper link to life and to what moves within. He travelled through Asia and explored meditation, discovering an inner space that felt like the most meaningful adventure. It was as if a door in his familiar world opened onto a bright garden.

He continued through retreats, yoga, and community living in Thailand and India. He trained in Thai massage in Chiang Mai and later lived at Plum Village in France, choosing a simple life inspired by massage, yoga, meditation, and organic farming.

His sessions last an hour, and they’re deeply restorative. To book, just speak to Wayne.

"Toms calm presence, gentle pressure, stretching and strong hands created the most amazing energy flow.  I was literally transported down different pathways of thoughts and experiences and felt real calm and happiness. I'd recommend seeing Tom to anyone!"  Liz, UK
